Copyright & Generated Content Policy | LiduAI

Copyright & Generated Content Policy for the LiduAI generative media platform operated by LIDU AI LABS.

Last updated: 2026-10-27

Local-review draft ยท Not yet effective. Operator: LIDU AI LABS. Complete the contact and jurisdiction details below and verify operational practices before public launch.

1. Input rights

Before uploading, establish ownership, sufficient permission or another lawful basis. Online availability, a watermark, purchasing a copy or naming the author does not automatically authorize generative processing or commercial redistribution. Music may involve separate recording, composition and lyric rights; people may have likeness, voice and privacy rights. The platform does not obtain those permissions for you.

2. Output rights and commercial use

LIDU AI LABS does not claim your legally held Input or Output rights merely for providing the tool. Generation does not guarantee copyright eligibility, uniqueness, originality or non-infringement. Protection and human-contribution requirements differ by jurisdiction. Similar third-party works, trademarks and personality rights may restrict use. Commercial use requires the necessary rights and compliance with applicable model or feature conditions; purchasing a plan is not rights clearance or a legal warranty.

3. Platform and user works

Platform names, interface, original material and other protected assets belong to their respective lawful owners. Public access does not authorize copying the whole site or selling its assets. The platform's license to process user works is limited by the Terms. This policy does not automatically authorize advertising, public galleries or independent training with private tasks.

4. Complaints and appeals

Provide the rights holder or representative's identity, contact details, a description and evidence of rights, specific location or task ID, grounds and an accuracy statement. Available support tickets can receive ordinary rights complaints; an unauthenticated channel remains to be finalized. Formal U.S. DMCA notices and counter-notices must meet the DMCA Policy; an ordinary ticket is not automatically a designated-agent channel.

We will review locatable complaints and may restrict access, remove content, request information or notify affected users. Accounts of repeat infringers may be terminated in appropriate circumstances, considering reliable evidence, defenses, counter-notices and outcomes rather than unverified complaint counts alone. Parties or competent authorities resolve legal disputes; moderation is not a court judgment.

5. Evidence and other rights

Keep source files, permission records, prompts, human editing history and publication dates. Do not falsify or abuse notices. Identify trademark, privacy, likeness or voice claims accurately rather than presenting them as copyright DMCA claims.
